Return & Cancellation Policy


Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer.

Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of inadvertent delivery of damaged product or incorrect product to the Customer.

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or damaged products are received by the Customer). For all other returns, order processing charges will be deducted from the actual amount paid.

Return Intimation: You can either call us on 9071 046 046 or Email Us at within 15 days from date of delivery of the product to the Customer.

For smooth processing of your replacement orders, please share all information such as, Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return to our Customer Support by an e-mail.


The product should be in original condition
The tag, label and stickers on the product should be intact
The product should be unused and in an undamaged condition
The product should be returned with the original packaging


Most of Selecore Products are also sold on e-commerce sites like amazon, An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed Customers. You can cancel your online order before your ordered product has been shipped.
You can cancel an order using the steps explained in e-commerce sites with whom we have partnered.


Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. The refund amount of the Customer shall be credited in the account which was used for order payment. The refund amount shall be credited within 8-12 business days after initiating the refund process. Please note that the period incurred for this refund is dependent on, in addition to Selecore, multiple other external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques) that are not in our control. However, we shall make sincere efforts to refund the due amount to our customers within the committed timeline.


For both cancelled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the online payment at the time of purchase of the said product. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through cheque.
