1.2 These terms and conditions apply to quotation order and purchases done for all products sold by Selecore.
You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not understand or accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from purchasing/getting quotation. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing also the use of this website, including the Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Notice.
1.3 In these terms and conditions, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to Selecore Products & Services Pvt Ltd, the website owner.
2.1 You may offer to order/get quotation/purchase in this website for the products specified on this website.
2.2 Your order must contain your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address and any other ordering information.
2.3 Confirmation of your purchase/quotation order will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two business days please contact selecore1@gmail.com
3.1 Selecore accepts advance payments in terms of new customers.
3.2 Prices shown on our quotaoion are final, also GST will be according to the products categories defined by the Government of India.
4.1 You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or some of the products become obsolete. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods.
5.1 Delivery and installation will be arranged and effected by mutual agreement.
5.2 we shall not be responsible for Risk of loss of, or damage to, the goods, as well as any additional costs due to events occurring after the time of delivery/installation.
5.3 some of the sites require permission from the property owner to complete installation that may require drilling, laying of cables etc. It will be customer responsibility to obtain such written permission from the owner of the property.
6.1 Under certain conditions, (e.g. customer error when making order) incorrect order refunds/replacements are available. Please contact selecore1@gmail.com to determine eligibility for refunds. Refunds are only processed if the customer contacts the above email with 48 hours of placing their order.
7.1 Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, is transmitted at your own risk.
7.2 Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.
